The Parfait shop is more than just a retail outpost, it's a licensed manufactory and production kitchen. We make and pasteurize our ice cream from scratch, right here on site.
And we make more than just ice cream! Because we are trained and certified to pasteurize, we make other incredible dairy products including our seasonal, glass-bottle eggnog, and custom soft serve for restaurants that value high quality ingredients.
The creamery offers a unique opportunity to enjoy your ice cream at the place it's made. You can see us cooking through the wall of windows behind the counter, or you can sit on our patio amidst the flowers, herbs and berries of our working garden where we grow many of our own ingredients.
