WE MAKE OUR OWN ICE CREAM BASE. Parfait is a WSDA certified creamery – that means we make and pasteurize our ice cream on site.  We also make all of the confections we mix into our ice cream -- hazelnut toffee, peanut butter cups, fudge brownies, oreo-like cookies, and almond brittle. We even make our own sprinkles!

WE GROW OUR OWN FOOD. It doesn’t get more local than right outside the door!  With the help of Seattle Urban Farm Co, we created two working gardens on our property so we can use our own herbs and berries in our ice cream.

WE WORK WITH LOCAL FARMS AND RESPONSIBLE PRODUCERS. We get our marvelous hormone-free milk and cream from Smith Brothers Farms, Seattle's favorite dairy for nearly 100 years.  For the fresh, ripe produce we don’t grow ourselves, we source from fantastic local and organic growers including Tonnemaker, Oxbow Farms, Remlinger Farms, Hayton Farms, and Birch-Hill Organics.  For ingredients that don’t grow near Seattle, we work with top-notch producers like Theo Chocolate, True North Coffee Roasters, and Cooks Vanilla.


The creamery shop is currently open to the public on select days and times for pickup only.
