WE MAKE OUR OWN ICE CREAM BASE. This is what sets Parfait apart. We pasteurize our own recipe on site. Our ice cream base contains just four simple ingredients - local milk & cream, local eggs, and real cane sugar.
WE MAKE OUR OWN MIX-INS. This allows us to keep out dyes and fake ingredients. We make our own delicious toffee, cookies, brownies, oreo-like wafers, peanut butter cups...even handmade sprinkles!
WE GROW OUR OWN FOOD AND SOURCE FROM LOCAL FARMS. We created two working gardens on our property so we can use our own herbs and berries in our ice cream. We get marvelous hormone-free milk and cream from Smith Brothers Farms. We source ripe, seasonal produce from Tonnemakers Organic Orchards. And we use local, organic, bean-to-bar Theo Chocolate.
WE SLOW CHURN TO PERFECTION. Parfait is churned much slower than most commercial ice cream. This creates a delightfully dense, creamy texture and allows the flavor of our real food ingredients to shine through.
