Parfait offers our own elegant versions of classic ice cream flavors, with a variety of fruit and specialty flavors regularly rotated into our menu according to the season and our inspiration.
At Parfait, every cone is a waffle cone. We don't believe in serving processed, factory-made food, so we prepare all of our organic cones from scratch. Each Parfait cone is pressed on a specialty iron and hand-rolled with care.

Madagascar Vanilla Bean: Our vanilla has a delicate and complex flavor because we infuse our ice cream with real organic Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans. Many ice cream companies use only vanilla extract, and then add, for aesthetic purposes, bean specks that have been exhausted of flavor through an industrial extraction process. We believe using real organic vanilla beans is worth the added effort and expense. Once you taste it, we think you will, too!
Dagoba Chocolate: Our decadent chocolate flavor has that rich, melted-chocolate-bar taste because we actually do melt organic Dagoba chocolate into our custard. We chose Dagoba chocolate after extensive blind taste tests of top artisan chocolate brands. Did you know that most shops typically use only cocoa powder or syrup in their chocolate ice cream? Real chocolate results in a bold flavor and creamy consistency like no other.
Fleur de Caramel: A traditional French caramel with a silky smooth texture and beautiful amber color. We use just the right amount of genuine Fleur de Sel (the finest sea salt from the Brittany coast) to bring out the deep caramel taste. A perfectly balanced flavor that is neither salty nor cloyingly sweet.
Butter Toffee Crunch: We make our own crunchy toffee, coated with Dagoba chocolate and organic nuts, and then add generous chunks of this delicious confection to our vanilla bean ice cream. The result is a better tasting, more refined version of "Heath Bar Crunch" without any of the artificial or hydrogenated ingredients in industrially manufactured candy.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup: Handmade organic peanut butter cups from our kitchen are chopped into hearty pieces and abundantly added to our Dagoba chocolate ice cream.
Caffè Fiorè: True coffee lovers will appreciate that we have chosen the finest locally roasted beans from our favorite organic coffee shop, Caffè Fiorè. Using superior beans and careful infusion methods results in a velvety coffee ice cream with robust flavor and no bitterness.
Fresh Mint Stracciatella: Our mint doesn't taste like candy canes, but rather the refreshing natural leaves from which its flavor is derived. We use delectable organic mint from Full Circle Farm in Carnation. We use Dagoba's single-origin chocolates and traditional Italian methods to create our delicate, flaky chocolate chips.
Northwest Hazelnut: We think you'll agree that our hazelnut is an improved take on the gelato shop staple, nocciola. Instead of using oils and extracts, we create a sumptuous flavor using fresh organic DuChilly hazelnuts, sent to us by the Holmquist Hazelnut Orchards in Lynden.
Meyer Lemon Bar: Imagine the same sweet and tangy goodness of lemon curd frozen into a smooth and creamy ice cream. We use Meyer lemons, which are thin-skinned and delicately perfumed, from the wonderful growers at Birch Hill Organics in California.
